PRAAJNA (AWAKENING OF SELF-AWARENESS)

The course is a continuation of Jeevana Vijnana and provides more insights. It also enables a person to heal others in addition to self-healing.

Mandala Introduction to self-awareness with Parabrahma Vijnana: Different levels of awareness of one’s own self are explained. Praajna literally means (in Sanskrit) one who has regained his awareness. Also different practical techniques of awakening and enhancing one’s own awareness are given.

Meditation technique of Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra means Yogic-sleep, a state of conscious deep sleep for extreme relaxation and subtler spiritual exploration. It is included with a deep explanation and step-by-step approach.

Techniques of healing (to own self and others): Enhanced meditations of Jeevana Vijnana are included with additional tools like specific Mudras and additional meditations.

  • A book containing all the introductions and step-by-step approach Yoga Nidra.
  • A CDs – Mediations related to Yoga Nidra, and enhanced meditations of Jeevana Vijnana for deep relaxation and healing (Self and others)
  • Please note that Jeevana Vijnana course provides a starting point of Parabrahma Vijnana and PRAAJNA course deepens the practical approaches further. For a person who is focused on good physical, mental and emotional well-being, both the courses are recommended for a solid foundation for further spiritual growth.
