SWARUPA-ANUSANDHANA
(Research of one’s own True-Nature)

Parabrahma Foundation, Bangalore

Parabrahma Prathistana

In this spiritual practice, the Sadhaka (Practitioner) would focus on one’s own true nature (Swaswarupa). A Sadhaka would know one’s own true nature, the path to attain that state and be in that state eternally. As Chandogya Upanishad (Chapter 6) declares ‘Tatvamasi‘ (You are That), the Sadhaka would enjoy a state of Universal Consciousness (Brahma-Jnana) and enjoy eternal peace and bliss.

The course is residential (2 days) and conducted in an atmosphere of peace and motivating nature.
