JEEVANA VIJNANA (SCIENCE OF LIVING)

Introduction to Sanathana Dharma (Ancient Indian Wisdom): A detailed introduction and relation to the modern science. The topic covers the direct relationship between Adhyathma and Science, right from the moment of creation (Bing-Bang theory of science and creation by God of ancient spirituality) and provides deeper understanding about the life sustaining body structure, DNA, nerves etc. The existence of body, mind and the spirit are explained. The concepts Prana (vital life force), 5 Koshas (different bodies of a live creature), levels and 7 Chakras (energy vortices of subtle body) is taught in detail. Also the concept of Mudras (finger-to-finger touch to harmonize the 3 gunas (Vata-Pitta-Kapha) is explained. A brief introduction to Bindu Nadi Spandana (similar to acupressure/acupuncture but integrated with Parabrahma Vijnana) is provided

Simple physical exercises (Yoga) and Pranayama (harmonizing the breath to harmonize physical, mental and emotional imbalances) are demonstrated in a video CD that is included in the course material.

Techniques of self-healing: Parabrahma Chikitsa (healing based on Parabrahma concept) are provided. A step-by-step approach integrated with Sankalpa (Focused intension) is provided, and available in the form of an audio CD for daily practice.

Practice of simple meditations for better life: Different meditations are also included in ACDs to provide a step-by-step approach to activate and balance the Prana and to harmonize the Chakras.
